Combustion safety testing (if needed), Q & A session with homeowner / contractor, measuring of the homes' building envelope, software modeling in REM Rate program and REM Rate cost and feature reports. REM / Rate is an energy modeling program that can be used to effectively determine energy usage and determine possible savings from improvements.
